Stop Harmful Energy-Based Technologies

Frequency waves utilized in a variety of ways that can access a person’s nervous system, brain and body to affect their sight, vision, physical coordination and well-being have been developed leaving American or other citizens to suffer cruel and unusual torture, to be labeled "mentally ill", and to ultimately die an early and horrible death.
Energy-based technologies used to harm the public must be outlawed and stopped. Crimes against humanity using frequency waves that access a person’s body and mind that change or harm their ability to see, hear, function normally and live freely without energy-based targeting, suppression or experimentation in any way must be exposed.

Americans have been left to suffer from cruel and unusual torture through frequency wave technology. Illegal micro-chipping causing sounds or “hearing voices” to torture a person, beam weapons that burn the skin, keeping people sleep derived or made drowsy, made to feel dizzy or nauseous, made to see visual imagery, made to feel artificially induced emotional and physical feelings and overall changes in a person’s physical and mental well-being by induced frequency waves (ie. Microwaves, “beam technology”) has to be labeled crimes against humanity.
Those criminals using energy-based technologies to spy on, keep track of, microwave beam, micro-chip without their consent or knowledge must be exposed, and the full truth given to American citizens. They must be fully prosecuted to avoid further uses of energy based technologies that tyrannize and torture human beings. Victims must be given ways where their reports of such energy technologies and tactics being used on them are taken seriously and acted upon so that they are safe. Targeted individuals are being dismissed as being “mentally ill” where they may have suffered a traumatic injury due to the effects of energy-based technologies. Technologies that may actually serve to mimic visual, audio and physical reactions due to energies being criminally administered to their bodies and brains must become recognized by society and the medical and legal communities.
Any related research or activities using energy beam weapons has to be kept open for the public to know about fully in the event that damages caused by the funding and development and experimentation on human being with these technologies never again happen. For public safety the truth must be known and come out in a congressional, or other, hearing where victims are fully supported.
There must be agencies of our government taking these complaints seriously, where victim’s accounts are fully vetted, understood and acted upon for the safety of the victims, including the general public. Scanning victims may help to determine what forms of energy are being used on them. Frequency wave monitors that can help determine the whereabouts of the perpetrators also must be accessible by the public. This issue must be brought out to the light of day.
Funding for the development of spy agencies, or other departments of the United States, their researchers and partnerships with corporations, labs or universities developing technologies that spy on, target in any way, track, torture and invade people’s homes, lives and very bodies including their nervous systems, brains and any bodily tissues, arteries, veins, cells, brain activity or physical-mental coordination, thinking, or any bodily sensory awareness including dreams, thoughts or any human activity must be kept available for the public to know about.
Claims of state secrets are protecting researchers, corporate and government partnerships developing advanced technologies. A congressional investigation is needed to investigate energy based weapons technologies and how they have been used against the public to watch them in their homes, access their bodies and minds to torture and change the ability of people to live. The Congress must enact legislation to provide public safety from all frequency technologies used to surveil and access the human body including audio, visual and any other energy waves that can harm humans. We need an investigative body that victims can go to in order to be protected and their reports will be respected. We need relief from torture and from being experimented upon, or targeted with technologies in any way by government employees or any person. These crimes must stop, and the perpetrators must be prosecuted and punished. Victims should be given compensation for their suffering.
